FLAGS AROUND NAPERVILLE
The Naperville Noon Lions are providing an easy way for you to show your patriotism. For an annual fee of $50.00 the Naperville Noon Lions will post and retire (weather permitting) a 3’X5’ American flag at your house. Flag will be posted prior to Memorial Day and will be retired after Veteran’s Day.
The Initial installation performed by the Naperville Noon Lions would consist of inserting a 16” PVC pipe into the ground at ground level so it won’t interfere with mowing. The pipe will be inserted in a J.U.L.I.E. approved location, (expected to be 5’ from your driveway and 5’ from the sidewalk). Residents are responsible for confirming placement is acceptable by your homeowner’s association bylaws. The Naperville Noon Lions will post the flagpole and flag with a solar light prior to Memorial Day and retire the flagpole and the flag after Veteran’s Day. The Naperville Noon Lions will store and maintain the flagpoles, flags and lights.
